How long does it last
Every product line carries a ten year warranty or better. Springs and hinges carry a lifetime warranty. We do not shorten the term for commercial use.
What happens when a part fails
Bring it to an authorized dealer. The dealer exchanges it over the counter. You do not pay for the part. We never prorate, so a spring that fails in year nine is treated like a spring that fails in month one.
The one rule
The part must be sold and installed by an authorized Nationwide Garage Door Products dealer. That is the only condition. It protects you too, because it means a trained tech put the part in.
Only NWGD authorized dealers can offer a warranty on our products. If a company that is not on our dealer list offers you an NWGD warranty, call us first.
