Our mission is simple. Deliver products to the garage door repair trade that surpass what any customer expects.
Our product warranty only has to be approved by you. Buy the part from an authorized dealer and the warranty is yours.
That kind of determination raised the bar in our industry. We do not just raise the bar. We are the bar.
Our pledge
We pledge that our parts will work as well five years after purchase as they did the day they were sold. We do not expect wear and tear for years to come while a product is under its original warranty.
Only NWGD authorized dealers who sold and installed the part can offer a warranty on it. An NWGD authorized dealer equals a happy customer every time.
A note from our president
Twenty seven years before I wrote this I joined the garage door industry on a military base. I had 30 bays to look after. I never noticed my passion for the trade taking shape because it never felt like a job. I was having too much fun.
Today I bring that same passion from a different angle in the same industry. I want to deliver astonishing products along with real brand value for the consumer. As the CEO of Nationwide Garage Door Products I have produced and distributed only products I would be ecstatic to stand behind. The parts we send to our authorized dealers are 100 percent warrantied, with pride and with unquestionable assurance against any defect or imperfection.
